Stop guessing about your home.
Comfort, humidity, air quality, airflow, and energy use are connected. M&A starts with the whole home so the next recommendation is based on evidence—not assumptions.
Guided planning
Meet the M&A Home Performance Advisor.
The advisor will organize what you are noticing and identify the measurements needed next. It does not replace an onsite diagnosis, load calculation, or licensed professional.
M&A Home Performance Advisor
Turn symptoms into a measurable next step.
Planning guidance only—not a remote diagnosis, equipment design, or binding quote.

The performance method
Measure first. Improve what matters. Verify the result.
A comfort complaint can involve the HVAC equipment, ducts, insulation, air leakage, ventilation, moisture, or several of them at once. The goal is to identify the controlling causes before money is spent.
- 01Listen
Document the rooms, timing, weather, equipment behavior, and what the family experiences.
- 02Measure
Choose the appropriate airflow, pressure, temperature, humidity, load, duct, or enclosure checks.
- 03Prioritize
Separate essential corrections from optional upgrades and plan the work in a sensible order.
- 04Verify
Confirm that completed work improved the measurements and the homeowner’s experience.
Professional judgment stays in the loop
The advisor organizes the story. Measurements prove the answer.
Depending on the project, M&A may perform or recommend checks involving airflow, static pressure, humidity, duct condition, ventilation, equipment operation, building-envelope conditions, and heating or cooling load. M&A will confirm which measurements are appropriate and available before scheduling.
The advisor never selects final equipment, promises energy savings, diagnoses a health condition, or replaces an onsite evaluation.
